While up at Lassen Volcanic National Park, I took some time and drove about 45 minutes north to Burney Falls. Talk about an amazing water fall! Below is a photo I took from the rim above the falls. I ended up going back there a second time to do more exploring.

I hope you all had a great holiday weekend here in the states and abroad. I ended up sleeping quite a bit. I’m not used to sleeping that much, so while it was nice, it actually kind of hurt! 🙂 I won’t be sleeping that much again during the Christmas and New Years holiday…
