I recently purchased a really nice prime wide angle lens; it’s the LAOWA 7.5 MM for the micro 4/3rds systems. The lens is completely manual and has no electronic contacts for auto focus or writing exif data to the image file.
So far I have to say I really like the lens and looking forward to using it in Yosemite. Below are two images I took over the weekend. The first one was taken in “Dramatic” filter mode in my camera; that’s why the image has a kind of HDR look to it.
The second and third image are actually the same image of a granite tile wall. The first of the two images is the straight-out-of-the- camera file. The second is how the image looks after processing in Lightroom. Thought everyone might like to see what can happen to an image when doing a little post processing.
Have a great week everyone!
