My trip to the Eastern Sierra and Yosemite is coming up very quickly. There is a possibility that one night I may try to do some astrophotography, since I didn’t have the opportunity this last June. There is a two night open window that I’m looking at, so I’m hoping for good weather for one of the two nights.
For those of you thinking of doing astrophotography in the future, please check out the following link to an article on the National Parks At Night, which is in the photography news section of the B&H website. I’m very tempted to attend one of the workshops!

By the way, for those of you wondering where I buy my photographic equipment, it’s through B&H. They’re absolutely amazing! Incredible customer service and great prices is what makes them the best. Not to mention their app is really addicting! 🙂 Check out their website at the following link; and no, I’m not paid for promoting them…I just think they’re number one!
Aside from astrophotography, I’m going to take some new images of Yosemite and the surrounding areas. Unfortunately the Mariposa Grove reopening has been postponed until spring 2018. I wanted to see the grove this time around, but will have to wait until next year. I may check it out on a quick weekend trip in 2018.
Have a great week everyone!
