The Grand Teton was probably my second favorite park to visit while on my huge road trip in September. The mountain range is very inspiring. Below is a photo of the Teton at sunrise and another at mid day.

There are a number of lakes near and around the Teton. One of my favorites was Jenny Lake. This is a photo of the water around the shoreline. Talk about amazing color!

Not only was the landscape amazing, but so was the wildlife. While I didn’t see any grizzly bears during the trip, I did see some elk and pronghorns. Below is a photo of an elk that just stared at me for the longest time and the other of a pronghorn, which wandered a little from a larger herd.
