I was going through the catalog of my photos and came across the sunset photo below. I don’t think I’ve posted it on my site before, but it was a pretty interesting evening.

The photo was taken from the edge of Glacier Point in Yosemite National Park on October 5, 2010. I was up there to take a sunset photo of Half Dome, but unfortunately a HUGE cloud decided to hide Half Dome, making it impossible to see. I turned my attention to the west and captured a few images, which included this one.

I’m looking forward to going back to Glacier Point in October, after visiting the Grand Canyon. I’ll also be in the high country of Yosemite in September to do some much needed hiking and photo taking.
