The image below has been one of my favorites for a long time. It’s a simple burnt log that laid on a rock bed along the south fork of the Merced River in Yosemite. Something about the contrast of the log and the light colored rocks is probably what did it for me, not to mention the rich dark color of the log showing all its details.

I originally had trips planned for late April which have been rescheduled for later in May, however I do believe those plans will most likely be cancelled as well. So, I look forward to my different adventures in the autumn season. I am currently working from home and will stay there until necessary.
