It was really hot this weekend. It reminded me of my multi national park trip in 2018 and my last minute side trip to Death Valley. The daytime temperature that day was 105 degrees Fahrenheit. Today the daytime high was around 121 degrees Fahrenheit in Death Valley! Where I live it was closer to 90 degrees Fahrenheit, which sounds hot, but is much cooler compared to Death Valley.

Below is an image I took on my multi national park trip in 2018. It was taken at Zabriski Point in Death Valley. I was only at the point for about 10 minutes and almost melted away. I’m definitely looking forward to the cooler fall weather in October.
