I spent this morning in Ventura Harbor and went over to the visitors center for Channel Islands National Park.

There’s a little garden at the entrance of the visitors center that has an art installation from artist BiJian. Several origami-styled sculptures resembling different animals from the islands are placed throughout the garden. The sculptures, which look like paper, are made of pcv. Below are images of a few of the sculptures.

The last image is of the natural waves created on the sand on the beach next to the visitors center. Always nice to spend some time at the beach there…
