Below are some images of Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park from my trip to the Redwoods. The park was my second favorite place to visit in the Redwoods. Lots of hiking to be done in this park, of which I did!

I returned from a week in Yosemite this last Monday. It was an AMAZING week! I didn’t see one or two bears…I SAW FIVE BEARS, one of which was less than twenty feet away from me! Luckily I completely took it off guard and it ran away scared. It was really quite funny. I’ve never seen a bear run away so fast!

More photos to come from the Redwoods, Crater Lake, Lava Beds, and Lassen Volcanic. After that, I’ll start posting photos from Yosemite and a day in Sequoia National park. In the meantime, below is one image from an early morning in Yosemite around the area of Foresta. It was a crisp, cold, beautiful morning…
