The General Sherman tree in Sequoia National Park is so tall! Unless you use a wide angle lens or fisheye lens, it’s hard to get an image of the entire tree.
Below is one image I took of the General Sherman tree on my last trip to Sequoia in October. I used a fisheye lens that also was able to change in camera to a super wide angle lens. It helped in making the General Sherman tree straight, but the surrounding trees were pretty arched. The price you pay for getting a huge tree in frame. 🙂
I still need to schedule trips for this year, so I better start looking into it this next week. Time is running out for making reservations for some places. I’m still trying to decide on locations…so hopefully I’ll know something by next weekend for at least one place.
Have a great week everyone!
