Last weekend was the annual Ventura Art and Street Painting Festival in Ventura Harbor. I didn’t get a chance to go on Saturday or Sunday, so I woke up really early and went down to the harbor on Monday morning to look at the chalk paintings on the sidewalk. I wasn’t disappointed.
