Rocky Mountain Road Trip: Stop One

I hadn’t planned on doing it, but I spent the first morning on my road trip at Zion National Park. Believe it or not, the parking lot at the visitor’s center was already filling up by 5am and the line to use the shuttle bus was long! I knew it would get progressively worse by 10am, so I stuck around the area near the visitor’s center and just walked around, checking out the sites and keeping ideas for future visits to the park. Then I drove the road through the park and made my way out to HWY 89.

After that I headed up to Cedar Breaks National Monument which was, as usual, amazing!

Below are two images of Zion that morning and one of Cedar Breaks that afternoon. I need to add the Cedar Breaks photo to my gallery since the sky looks incredible with the clouds.

As a matter of fact, I need to update ALL my galleries with images. It may take some time, but I’ll get there.

Have a great week everyone!
