I started my Yosemite trip last month with a sunrise at Tunnel View. There were no clouds in the sky, so the waterfalls seemed to be the best option to photograph.
The first image below is of Bridalveil Fall. It was looking pretty good, but as I was looking at the fall, I noticed another waterfall that I’ll have to research. It was to the west of Bridalveil and I’m not sure it has a name. Looking at the cliffs it was coming off of, it must be a fall with some significance. Cliffs don’t look like that unless water comes off of it often. I’ll let you know if I figure out what it is.
I’m looking forward to my trips in October. I also have to start planning for 2025. I know, we’re only in the middle of 2024, but if you want good reservations for national parks, you have to make plans at least a year in advance. I’m considering Glacier, Yellowstone, and the Grand Teton again. And before that…possibly going to Banff and Juniper in Canada! I know someone who is going this year and those parks have me curious…
Have a great week everyone and to everyone in America, as well as abroad, HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!!!
