It’s always great to stop at Olmstead Point in Yosemite, which is what I did in June. Below is an image of the side view of Half Dome from the point. I thought a black and white image would be good this time around. What I should’ve done was take out my super telephoto and take an image of the hikers going up the cables on Half Dome. I can see the people slightly in this image, but zooming in so close really distorts them. Oh well, next time.
I’ll be making an extra stop on my fall trip to Yosemite this year. I’m going to Sequoia National Park at the beginning of the trip and spend one night up there. I always like doing an early morning hike in one of the groves before the sun completely rises.
Have a great week everyone!
