Every once in a while I come across a really great video on the TED website, so I wasn’t completely surprised when I came across one on photography.

For those of you who aren’t familiar with TED (TED = Technology, Entertainment, Design), it’s a nonprofit devoted to spreading ideas through powerful talks on everything from business to global issues. TED conferences are held throughout the world in more than 100 languages.

The TED photography video I came across is called “How Photography Connects Us” and is a talk delivered by the photo director of National Geographic, David Griffin.
