Happy New Year

Another year has come and gone and this holiday season is flying by. As always, my top resolution for the New Year is to grab my camera and go out and take more photos. I want to continue working on a couple of photo projects, including the litter in our national parks idea I’ve had for a while. I really need to focus on these projects and get them going a.s.a.p.

National Geographic hasn’t announced its winners for the 2015 photo competition yet, but the announcement should be in the next few days. I’m looking forward to seeing the photos that grabbed the top spots and will blog about them as soon as they are revealed.

I want to wish you all a Happy New Year and happy photo hunting in the year to come. Below is the last photo of 2015 for my blog. I used it as the cover on my holiday cards I sent out this year. It was taken around the June Lake loop in the Eastern Sierra this last October.

Have a great week everyone!
