I was planning on going to the Getty Villa with my niece and sister this weekend, but unfortunately a few of the areas there were closed for remodeling until spring 2018. In the meantime we decided to go to the Getty Center. My niece had never been there, so it was kind of exciting for her to see all the great exhibits for the first time.

Below are two photos I took around the central garden. The maze of plants with the water canal running through it was really beautiful on this visit. I also liked the granite stones in the cascading waterfalls; it reminded me a lot of the rivers and falls of Yosemite. 🙂
