I visited my sister and niece today in Simi Valley and took the picture below. The area in the photo is directly behind my sister’s house. After taking in the beautiful view, we decided on making plans to visit the Antelope Valley California Poppy Reserve in the next couple of weeks. This is the time of the year that the poppies bloom all over the hills and it should be a great opportunity to take some nice photos. I’ll be sure to post some photos when I get back.
