Crescent Meadow And Fallen Sequoia Tree

Below are two photos I took when I was in Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks in June.

The first photo is of Crescent Meadow, which is a short drive from Moro Rock in Sequoia National Park. It was so peaceful in the meadow, especially being there around 7am. I had the whole meadow to myself! 🙂 The trail around the meadow has numerous sequoias and some other little surprises, one of which I will post a photo of next week.

The second photo is of a hollowed out sequoia tree at the General Grant Grove in Kings Canyon National Park. I used the hollow tree pathway to get back to the parking lot faster. All I have to say is watch your head as you walk through!

I hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable Fourth of July holiday this week! Take care of yourself, the ones you love, and enjoy some great food and fireworks!

Have a great week everyone!
