Every sunrise and sunset at the Grand Canyon was incredible, but the sunset on October 17th was the best! The two images below were taken on that night.

The first image was taken just after sunset. The clouds were amazing looking. The second image was taken as I was making my way back to my car. The canyon suddenly turned a bright pink color, which I wasn’t expecting to happen. Another photographer stopped as well and we just kept taking more and more images.

I spent Sunday at the Getty Center and Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles. I’ll post images from the trip in an upcoming blog entry.
