I’ve been busy this weekend, probably because it’s Memorial Day this week in the United States, and I forgot to post a blog on Sunday. Getting ready for my trip in the next week has kept me busy.

I found out today that the road going through Lassen Volcanic National Park isn’t completely open yet. There are only a few parts open currently and I’m hoping, by the end of my trip, I’ll be able to drive through the entire park. It’s hard to say yet because there is still a ton of snow to be cleared on the road. I’m keeping my fingers crossed, but I’ll definitely be going to the cinder cone and the northwestern part of the park. I’m really looking forward to seeing this national park…

I’ll try to do a blog while on my trip and post some photos if possible. In the mean time, enjoy the holiday (if you live in the U.S.) and go out and take some pictures!

By the way, just a reminder, it’s the Centennial Anniversary of the U.S. National Parks! Go visit your nearest national park and have some fun!
