Last October, while in Yosemite, I drove up the Big Oak Flat Road from Yosemite Valley to connect to Tioga Pass and the high country. I pulled over into a turnout to check out some rock climbers when two ravens landed on the retaining wall next to me. They were very friends…most likely wanting food. No, I did not feed them, but I did enjoy their playfulness and need for attention. Below are two images of the little characters.
Looking forward to a nice relaxing time this fall in Yosemite and hopefully the Eastern Sierra. Also need to start planning for a good road trip next year…not sure if it will be Glacier, Yellowstone, and Tetons. It may be something new…
Have a great week everyone!
