The granite rock formations throughout Yosemite are always spectacular to see. The one in the image below always draws a pretty good crowd. It’s called the Three Brothers. You have a few good opportunities to get really amazing pictures of it when driving along the south side drive of the valley loop. I usually like it when the rocks have snow on them, but any time of the year is nice to see them which is the case with the image below taken in October last year.
