Ok, so with that said, I thought now would be a good time to slowly go back through my archive of images and post the ones that mean the most to me personally.
The images below I took in October 2010 in Yosemite.
The first one I was testing out a new lens and wanted to see how the F2.0 aperture did with throwing part of the image out of focus. It didn’t disappoint. 🙂 Part of the tree branch in focus with the raindrops looks nice with other parts blurred out.
The second image is of a sunset from Glacier Point. Half Dome was visible until right around sunset when a huge blanked of clouds engulfed it. Since Half Dome wasn’t an option for an image at that point, I turned to the west and captured this image.
